Established in 1933 as a Boiler Control repair shop under the name ‘Automatic Watchdog Controls’, our Service and Repair Department is expertly staffed and suitably equipped to provide fast and reliable repair and calibration service for the complete range of Instrument and Control
PRODUCTS distributed by Davis Controls Ltd. We offer repair and calibration service for Eurotherm and Barber Colman Temperature Controls, Gems and Warrick Level, Pressure and Flow controls, Danfoss VFD’s, Flowline Liquid Level switches and transmitters, Eagle Signal Timers and Counters, CAL temperature and process controllers, Kistler-Morse load cells and more. We also specialize in the repair or calibration of CAL, Emco, MTS, Dynapar, Nematron and LS Industrial Systems products.
Send your problems to us for troubleshooting, repair, calibration or certification, or we can travel to your location for on-site commissioning, service, repair or calibration.
As a full service provider, we offer complete after sales service for our complete line of Process Instrumentation, Factory Automation, Wireless and Environmental Controls, including;
- On-Site Calibration with programs registered to ISO 9001 & 14001
- Service for installation, trouble shooting & repair
- Preventive, demand and shutdown maintenance; upgrades & retrofits and start-up & commissioning services for products we represent
- Instrument Repair is provided in our repair shop which is fully equipped for Component Level Repair, Re-manufacturing and Diagnostic Service
