Eurotherm/Action Instruments: Offer a cost-effective wireless I/O series, targeting the growing market for wireless solutions, particularly in Process Industries, Factory Automation and Water & Wastewater type applications. The new series is Modbus/Profibus compatible, therefore capable to integrate with other Modbus/Profibus Installations. The new line offers a high level of flexibility and includes wireless I/O with up to eight I/O points per device and the associated expansion modules plus wireless gateways (no I/O’s) used for Modbus/Profibus communications. The same wireless I/O modules can be set via software as a transmitting/receiving device or as a repeater for range extension or obstacle avoidance. Units come with 256 bit encryption for top level security.
Satel: SATELLINE radio modem is extremely suitable for wireless real-time data transfer for point-to-point or multipoint solutions. The radio modem has a range of up to tens of kilometers, which can be further increased by using repeater stations. This makes setting up of a reliable, operator free radio network easy and economical.
