Pressure Sensors & Transducers

JUMO pressure measurement products include pressure sensors, pressure transducers, pressure switches and differential pressure transmitters. Various output signals, different process connections, materials for process connections and sealing materials are available.

The pressure transmitter with a silicon sensor is used to detect the relative pressure (0 to 0.25 bar – 0 to 25 bar) in liquid and gaseous media. The pressure transmitter measures the pressure and converts it into an electrical signal with a deviation from the characteristic line of ≤ 0.5% from the end value. A two-wire current signal, three-wire voltage signal, or a ratiometric output signal can be selected for the electrical signal output. These should be supplied with the appropriate direct voltage (nominal DC 24 V).

Manifold Valves

2, 3, and 5 valve manifolds incorporate high quality needle valves designed to operate at pressures up to 6000 psig with standard PTFE gland packing.

The flanged inlet allows a futbol type adaptor to connect the inlets to the manifold with ½” tube fittings or pipe.  Instrument manifolds available with 3 & 5 valve design.

Bourdon is one of the world’s leading brands for mechanical process instrumentation. Products employ the Bourdon tube, invented in 1843 by Eugène Bourdon, which is the central component for precise mechanical pressure measurement technology.

Bourdon tubes are the most commonly used elastic elements in mechanical pressure gauges today, remaining popular due to their great simplicity.

The simplicity of Bourdon gauges makes them easy to operate and maintain in proper working condition. They also function across a broad pressure range and offer a high degree of accuracy (up to 0.1% full scale deflection).

Since they do not require an external power source, they are not susceptible to voltage fluctuation and power outages.
